A warm drink naturally invites a warm bite beside it. On our breakfast menu you’ll find soft, comforting breads like Malawax and Canbulo, gentle, made-for-slow-morning favorites. Later in the day, the savory side takes over with crisp Sambusa and the folded Bur Macaan.
Most of the food on the menu is made to be shared: a plate of sambusa gets passed around, a soft malawax is torn and shared, and a pot of Shaah is poured for the table. That’s the hospitality at the center of everything we serve.
